This all-purpose yuzu ponzu vinegar is made by combining vinegar with the fragrant juice of organic yuzu grown in Kochi Prefecture. It can be enjoyed as-is, or used in a variety of ways to create delicious dishes and drinks! The combination of this citrus fruit and vinegar may sound a bit sour, but is pleasantly balanced and displays a beautiful natural color. Not overpowering, it’s a great addition to dipping sauces for when you’re eating yudofu, nabe, or even gyoza!
For a healthier choice, it can be used to create salad dressings or vinegared miso! (For salad dressings and vinegar miso, mix the yuzu vinegar with soy sauce and cooking oil in a 1:1:1 ratio.)
You can also enjoy this yuzu ponzu as a refreshing drink by mixing it with your favorite seltzer!
