【Limited quantity】 Sun-dried, super-rare rice!
The harvested rice is left to dry in the sun with the straw still attached for about two weeks. During this time, the nutrients from the straw are distributed to the ears of rice until the very end, adding to the original flavor of the rice.
In this way, naturally dried rice matures and gradually becomes sweeter.
On the other hand, commercially dried rice, which is not sun-dried, is heated with kerosene and stirred in a dryer.
The rice is rotated in circles all night long, just like laundry, to remove the moisture from the fresh rice. In other words, the rice is not aged, but is bagged and sold the next day. This machine-drying process damages the rice.
You will be surprised at the difference in taste between commercial rice and sun-dried rice.
The rice is shiny, and each grain shines brightly. You can feel the sweetness of the rice.
