Domestic soy sauce from Saitama, organic yuzu juice from Kochi, hon mirin from Aichi, raw sugar from Tanegashima, miso from Yamagata, sun dried salt from Mexico, thickly shaved bonito from Shizuoka, Hidaka Mitsuishi kelp, dried shiitake mushrooms from Oita, and Totsuka Brewery’s heartfelt vinegar.
This ponzu soy sauce is made with “heart” and with the best intentions to bring smiles to people’s faces!
