Organic Brown Rice Tea Cookies
The crispy tea leaves and the aroma of brown rice makes this irresistibly delicious
Ingredients for about 40 pieces
● Organic Matcha Brown Rice Tea 15g
● Butter (no salt) 80g – bring to room temperature
● Powdered Sugar 40g
● Wheat Flour 120g
● Egg Yolk 1 piece
How to make
- Sift the wheat flour.
- Mix the powdered sugar and egg yolk into the creamed butter, Add the sifted wheat flour from step 1 while sifting it again.
- Add Organic Matcha Brown Rice Tea and bring it together.
- Divide the dough into two, shape it into a rod of about 0.6 inches in diameter, Wrap it in cling film, and chill and harden in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Unwrap it, cut it into 0.4 inch widths and arrange on a baking tray.
- Bake in an oven at 338°F for about 15 minutes, and sprinkle a little salt and tea leaves after cooling slightly.
